Best tent I've ever owned it is amazing and fabulous!

When I ordered this tent, I was excited to receive it and eager to set it up. I had a family gathering coming up, but I hadn’t opened the box yet. While describing the tent to my son, I mentioned that it’s supposed to set up in under a minute. My son, always competitive, bet me that I couldn’t take it out of the box and set it up in two minutes.

Challenge accepted! I’m 64 years old, and I knew the tent weighed about 60 pounds, so I wasn’t sure how quickly I could get it set up. But once I’m given a challenge, I’m ready to prove us older folks still have it. The timer started, and I got to work. I opened the shipping box, pulled out the tent, carried it about 15 feet, removed the plastic wrapping, and started setting it up—having only seen it on YouTube before.

Hip Hip hooray! I won the bet, setting it up in 56 seconds! My son was thoroughly impressed, especially since he’s always used a tarp tent, which takes him about 30 minutes to set up and just as long to take down.

I’ve taken this tent on several camping trips now, and it always ends up being the envy of the campsite. Other campers are amazed at how quickly I can set it up and tear it down, and they constantly comment on how great it looks. When they see the inside, they’re even more impressed with how much room it has.

Living in Colorado, we get some pretty intense thunderstorms in the summer. On one trip, we experienced gusts of up to 45 mph. While other campers were struggling to keep their tents standing, this tent held firm with no issues.

I’m so glad I chose this tent. It’s functional, sturdy, and feels more like a room than any tent I’ve owned. I give it five out of five stars and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding tent.

Now for a short story about our stormy night.

The thunder rumbled in the distance as we set up camp by the lake. Dark clouds gathered overhead, and a sense of unease settled in. We knew a storm was coming, but we had faith in our new Overlandish tent, it is a sturdy structure, and we were confident it could withstand whatever the storm would bring.

As the first raindrops began to fall, we rushed to finish securing the tent. The wind started to howl, gusting through the trees, while lightning streaked across the sky. Huddled inside, we listened as the storm raged outside, the rain beating against the tent. To our surprise, the fabric muffled much of the noise, wrapping us in a cocoon of safety amidst the chaos.

But the tent stood firm. Its heavy-duty stakes anchored it to the ground, and the thick, walls kept every drop of rain outside. The wind roared louder, but the tent didn’t budge. Inside, it felt safe and dry, almost cozy.

For hours, the storm raged on, shaking the trees and sending bursts of thunder through the air. We watched through the window as the world outside blurred with sheets of rain. But inside the tent, we were untouched by the chaos, sheltered by its strength.

As dawn broke, the storm began to fade. We stepped outside, greeted by a fresh, calm morning. The ground was soaked, leaves and branches scattered around, but our tent stood tall, unscathed, just as it we believed it would.
We smiled, grateful for the shelter that kept us safe through the storm. It wasn’t just a tent, it was a fortress, our refuge from nature’s fury. And we knew we could face many storms with it.

Easiest tent to setup, period!

It took my wife and I the very first time to setup the tent in less than 1 min. From opening the bag, taking it out and having all the walls and roof popped up took less time than most tents take to just get out of the bag. The amount of windows for ventilation was perfect, the fabric seems tough and will hold up for long and many camping trips. To not have to deal with tent poles is something I've dreamed of forever and now I have that in a tent. LOVE IT
I want to give it a 10/10!
