Shipping Info

Overland(ISH) makes every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. We ship everything from our fulfillment warehouse.

All orders made over the weekend will not be processed until Tuesday. If your item is out of stock or delayed for any reason we will contact you via e-mail or by phone. Most orders that are in stock should be received within 7 business days. 

We mainly use FedEx to ship your orders but we do reserve the right to ship with other carriers if we feel it will be more efficient for your order. We do use UPS and US Mail service in addition to Fedex.

If your order is shipped via commercial freight, it is your responsibility to fully inspect your items before you sign the driver’s paperwork. If a claim is not filed with the driver at time of delivery there is nothing we can do to fix the problem.

If a product is marked as free shipping it is shipped ground and not included in the pricing calculations for expedited shipping. If you would like a free shipping item expedited, please feel free to give us a call at (562) 232-9907 and we would be more than happy to get you a quote.
